Payment

• In order to secure your booking, a 20% deposit is required. This is due within 36 hours of making the booking.

• The remaining cost is due 24 hours before the agreed upon booking date.

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made 5 days before the date of the booking. Deposits will not be refunded if cancellations are made after this time.

Rescheduling

• If you would like to reschedule, your deposit will be moved to the new date.

• Parties cannot be rescheduled on the day of the booking and in these cases, the deposit will not be refunded.

Bad Weather

• If there is bad weather, you can reschedule or cancel. If you cancel, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
